During the appointment with your Frits advisor, we’ll dive into the possibilities of your mortgage. Together, you’ll make some extensive calculations based on your personal situation. This gives you total control: you see everything the advisor sees.

Found your new home? Let’s make some decisions
When you’ve found your new home in The Netherlands, it’s time to make some decisions. Together with your trusted advisor you'll explore every scenario and option, comparing them side by side, so you can confidently choose the best fit for your personal situation.
Get an interest offer from the bank
As soon as you and your advisor have selected the best mortgage for your situation, your advisor will request the interest offer from the bank. The interest offer includes the maximum amount you can borrow, the interest rates, the fixed interest period, and the (final) list of documents that the bank needs to assess your mortgage application.
Providing mortgage documents to the bank
To secure your mortgage, you'll need to provide quite a few documents. We'll guide you through this process: we make sure the right documents get to the bank on time and that the application process goes as smoothly as possible. After all, it's already nerve-wracking enough.
To the notary
Now that the application is approved, all you need to do is visit the notary to make it official. Cheers to that!
