Before you can determine the price range for your future home, it's essential to calculate your maximum mortgage. Use one of our excellent tools to do this, offering the same competitive rates as those available from Dutch banks.

Now that you know your price range, you can begin searching for your future home. Explore various websites like Funda or get in touch with an estate agent.

Make an offer!
Once you've calculated your maximum mortgage and found your future home, it's time to make an offer. You can either work with an independent estate agent who will negotiate on your behalf or handle the process yourself. To support you, we offer our Bid Insurance, which allows you to bid confidently without financial contingencies, significantly increasing your chances of success.
Finalising Your Mortgage
Is your offer accepted? In a follow-up consultation with your trusted mortgage advisor, we'll calculate the best banks and rates tailored to your situation. Providing mortgage documents to the bank
To secure your mortgage, you'll need to provide quite a few documents. We'll guide you through this process: we make sure the right documents get to the bank on time and that the application process goes as smoothly as possible. After all, it's already nerve-wracking enough.
To the notary
Now that the application is approved, all you need to do is visit the notary to make it official. We have a network of trusted notaries you can choose from. Prefer to choose your own notary? That's absolutely fine. Most notaries can also provide a translator. Cheers to that!
