    For every house you want to bid on, we'll carry out a remote appraisal for you, free of charge. This appraisal determines the maximum amount you can bid with the Bid Insurance. Of course, the final bid amount is up to you.

    Helpful, friendly and get's the job done
    Our experience with Frits was very good. The main person we spoke to, Koen, did an excellent job throughout the whole process and was very approachable and very quick to respond. He helped think with us on the best options to move forward to make it work for us and he did an excellent job. Our only downside is that during the filing of the official forms to the notary the numbers were incorrect due to old calculations being used. We had to call the backoffice a couple times and had to go back and forth but in the end it was resolved in a timely manner. Everyone we spoke to throughout the process was friendly and contributed to the final solution in some way. All with all we would recommend Frits for people who want to get the job done and have the possibility to communicate with the mortgage agent in a quick way.

    Vriendelijk, duidelijk en efficiënt
    Via de Consumentenbond hebben wij contact gelegd met Karin de Jonge, Hypotheekadviseur. Consumentenbond heeft voor hypotheekadvies een samenwerking met ikbenfrits. Vanaf het begin af aan was het contact prettig , voelden wij ons goed begrepen en werd er constructief met ons meegedacht. Zij heeft ons soepel door het proces geloodst en als er soms wat moeilijkere hobbels waren te nemen, dan wist Karin ons altijd gerust te stellen. Dat gaf ons rust en vertrouwen. De tool van ikbenfrits werkt heel fijn. Allerlei scenario's kunnen binnen enkele seconden worden doorgerekend en getoond. Consumentenbond/Ikbenfrits werkt met een digitaal dashboard en de gesprekken zijn via videobellen. Dat vonden wij eigenlijk alleen maar prettig omdat er daardoor ook gemakkelijk even tussendoor een belafspraak kon worden gemaakt waarin we ontwikkelingen konden doorspreken. Al met al zijn wij zeer tevreden!

    Heel goed geholpen en geadviseerd door Frits!
    Ik ben heel goed geholpen door Frits bij het afsluiten van mijn eerste hypotheek. Ik vond het hele proces best spannend, maar werd heel goed begeleid en geadviseerd door Gea. Zij kon mij ook goed geruststellen en informeren wanneer ik het proces zelf even niet meer overzag. Gea is heel kundig en schakelde snel wanneer dit nodig was.
